I have been taking for 3 months now. I am using it to help detox heavy metals. I know so far from a live blood evaluation, that my red blood cells are more free flowing. I need to get rechecked for the heavy metal content. I put it into Distilled water. I have had several people recommend it including the blood analysis professional. This product has merit. I wish I could buy in lager quantities and save on shipping. The shipping cost is pricey. Cheers for now.
