No Support & Trouble without the SD memory card.,

No Support from either Veo or Xirlink & we had big Trouble with the 6mb internal memory of the camera. We sent numerous emailsand wrote letters to Xirlink and Veo. No one seems to care! We never heard from anyone; so we can only advise that you are on your own when it comes to customer support. We had chronic problems with the 6 MB internal memory on the camera and could get no pics from it. But when we added the SD memory card, we were able to get it to work. It's an average camera and produces some pretty good pics, but don't expect too much. It has no flash, but we got some pretty cool pics at a concert where the performer was in the spotlight. But you won't get any pics with room light. Don't think you can wear it on your keychain though, as they advertise. It's made of cheap plastic and you'll see that it's a pretty fragile camera that even needs to be protected. It's pretty sad, though, that they don't care about their customers. And for that reason, we can't recommend this camera. |
