Sometimes the simple pleasures in life are the most enjoyable. For me, pounding my meat takes a lot of beating, literally and metaphorically.

This wonderful tool is reversible so you can pound either hard or soft, depending on your mood. It is easy to keep clean, has a good grip and will rarely be out of your hands. However, you must be wary of over-use: my non-stop pounding has ensured that my meat is now well and truly tender.

Its simple, the pounder has a hole in it center to allow the handle to be switched from the smooth side to the pointed side. When you put plastic wrap over the chicken and pound it the hole breaks the wrap and chicken stuff gets up in the threads. Dumb idea, don't want to get sick. I have returned mine but Amazon hasn't refunded my money. Its been 3 weeks now and nothing. Maybe Amazon is a bad idea too.
