This non-stick silicone baking liner can be used in place of parchment paper. Just place the liner in a baking pan. It is re-usable for thousands of times. Baked goods or candies will not stick to the silicone surface which can be used in the oven, freezer, and microwave. Using this liner with bake goods reduces the chance of burning the bottom of the food. Also great for use in rolling dough. Clean up is a breeze. Just use soap and warm water. This full size sheet measures: 16.5" x 24.5". Three other sizes are availible as well as a dual pack. Half Size Sheet, Jelly Roll, Petite Jelly and dual pack (one Jelly, one Petiite) Tested and Certified by NSF.

I bought the half sheet size at a warehouse club, it fits in my baking sheet perfectly and works great for baking cookies. The bottoms of my cookies are light golden brown when done, and when cool, the cookies easily twist off without a spatula. I also have a Silpat, and the MIU France Baking Liner performs identically, but I think it is better looking than the orange Silpat. For the price, it is an excellent value. I would happily buy another one if I baked more cookies.

It's OK, not as nice as the Silpat mats I have. Needed a small size for microwave to do croissants, and it's acceptable, but I'll stick to buying Silpat mats from now on. Would it be worth 5-8 dollars, yes, twelve+, no.

Ok, kids I love dispelling the notion of functional fixedness, using something for a completely different function from which it was intended or why it was designed. Today, while I was faced with peeling three bulbs of garlic, I was thinking about looking into the silicon rolls into which one inserts cloves of garlic, rolls back and forth and the garlic peel comes off when I had a sudden thought. I took out my silicon baking liners, put an entire bulb's worth of separated but unpeeled cloves of garlic on the liner, flopped the bottom up (hamburger bun style for those with lower school students) and rolled back and forth three or four times. When I opened it up, there was my peeled garlic! The larger ones were all peeled, but some of the smaller ones weren't, so I took away the peeled ones and their peel, gave it a few more rolls, and all the peel was off. Fantastic, simple and done in five minutes. If you peel lots of garlic like I do (we are Italian), this is perfect. Come the holidays, peeling all the garlic won't be the last thing I do.

I can't say enough about how much I love these. They are well-made and durable...the small one is just right for my 1/4 size pan that I use for making a small batch of biscuits, and the large fits a jelly roll pan. Clean-up couldn't be easier and it's wonderful not to have a mess on the baking sheet, and for your baked goods to slide right off. I had been using parchment paper, which truly was a pain because after you unroll it, it never wants to lay flat and you'd have to cut or fold it to make it fit the pan. If you've never tried these, you're going to LOVE them!

I use the half sheet MIU liners with my half sheet Nordic Ware cookie sheets and it fits perfectly. I absolutely LOVE these liners. I use them for pretty much everything I bake in the oven from desserts to main courses like chicken or oven baked fries. The only thing I don't use them for is seafood because I'm afraid the fishy smell will linger around. They've been one of my best cooking gadget investments. I used them to roll out cookie dough for cutout cookies and it saved me a LOT of headache since I can just lift the liner off the counter and have the cutout doughs flop right off of it so I can transfer it to the cookie sheet without damaging or ruining the cookie before it even hits the oven.
