I like the fact that I can clean these every time I use them. Potholders arent that easy to keep clean and these are dishwasher safe. Also, the versatility is nice; from oven to table. They arent as flexible as I would like and some dishes are difficult to grab hold of from the oven. I think that will improve in time. Overall I love them.

I absolutely love these potholders!!!! I have four sets of them. They are great as potholders but they also have other uses. I place them under cutting boards to keep them from sliding on the counter when I am chopping. I also use them to keep bowls firmly on the counter if I am whipping cream. I also use them as trivets when placing hot pans on my counter top.

My only caution regarding this product is that you need to be aware of the location of the hole in one corner of the potholder. I didn't pay attention one day and got a nasty burn pulling a very hot pan out of the oven. If you are a bit of a klutz, like me, best to keep 100% aloe in the house just in case you do what I did. Repeated applications of aloe took the burn out of the fingertip in a few hours. I was very fortunate. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

These are great flexible potholders. The best part is that they are washable! They've got a good flex to them, not too flexy and not too stiff, and they help protect my hands from heat (whether I'm pulling something hot out of the microwave, or holding a hot pot).

Reason why they are 4 stars and not 5 - I can feel some heat after holding hot stuff for more than 10 seconds. So, not as heat-protective as I would ideally like, but still great nonetheless.

The packaging states that they can handle up to 600 degrees. I don't know how hot cookie pans get but when I used them to remove the pan from the oven and to hold the pan while I removed the cookies with a spatula I could feel the heat coming through. It kept getting hotter and hotter and I had to stop and go back to my cloth potholders. I was so disappointed!

I have a Dell computer with good photo quality.The potholders I received are definitely lime green not hunter green as the image on the computer implies.Doesn't match my kitchen @ all which has very traditional colors but maybe the silicone will have a saving grace effect on me.At least I can hide them under a oven mitt which DOES match my kitchen scheme!!Oh well...

My husband is the true chef in our family, cooking us many wonderful meals, but he can't keep a potholder clean to save his life. These are our first silicone potholders and we both love them. I love how easy they are to clean; he loves no more complaints about stained potholders! These potholders are quite versatile--working well as hot mitts, trivets, even jar openers. Not sure why people were finding the color a surprise, ours were a close match to the on-screen color--basically a light avocado green. The silicone is nicely flexible and easy to use. When and if these ever wear out, I'll gladly buy another set.

I like these because they're not going to look horrid like most fabric potholders do after a few months. You can wash them off, wipe them, they'll stay clean looking. But they're not flexible enough to bend around a small object like the knob on a pot lid, so I still find myself using the old fashioned kind at times.

The cook loved this Christmas present. They have an odd slippery feel (a minus), but really don't conduct heat and easily wash in the dishwasher.

I use these potholders everyday with baking and cooking but mostly as trivets. they work great as trivets. but the color i got was a light lime green and not the dark green as shown. but i am satisfied with this product.

These are the best because all other silicones are not flexiable...these wrap right around handles...I intend to order several more sets for xmas gifts!
