5.0 out of 5 stars Great Turner
I spotted a Lamson Sharp Turner at Williams Sonoma that cost a little over $30 so I searched to find it cheaper on Amazon when I ran across this Turner.

Though it isn't quiet as rigid as the Lamson Sharp it is very good quality. It is nice and thin which allows it to slip under easily without destroying your food. For under $10 this item is a steal.

3.0 out of 5 stars otherwise great turner for the pricepoint
After much comparison and research, I bought this turner because it seemed best for the price I was willing to pay for this type. I think it was perfect.... until I noticed (after only 2 times used) a very small scratch, which is not at all deep, immediately rusted! I plan on contacting customer service, so hopefully it's just a lemon. It really seems well made, so I hope...

After seeing many of the chefs on TV using this style of spatula, I wanted to try one for myself. Well let me tell you, it is now my favorite utensil. I use it for serving as much as I do cooking. A must for all kitchens.

This is nice. I looked at a similar one that was $22 but settled on this and it doesn't disappoint. It's smaller than I thought but I didn't look at the dimensions but it has a decently sharp edge which is what I was hoping for. It's still new so I don't know if it's going to fall apart next week but for $7 I'm rather pleased.

At last a spatula that gets under the egg without sticking half way through, under the patty, under the grilled sandwich, etc. Over the years I have accumulated a variety of spatulas and they have all been a disappointment. Most of them just push the food around the pan or destroy it when it sticks. Not this one. I want to buy several.

5.0 out of 5 stars Slotted Stainless Steel Flexible Turner, February 6, 2010

I ordered a half dozen of these turners and shared some with friends. The end of the blade is sharp and is excellent for cutting into baking dish preparations such as casseroles, mac & cheese, enchiladas, etc. And after cutting, the flexible blade makes short work of scooping out precise portions. I keep two of these turners on hand as they are useful in frying delicate fish --- you can use one to turn the fish and the other to catch it so it doesn't splash the oil. Great buy!

4.0 out of 5 stars A Very Good Turner for the Price, May 18, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: MIU France Stainless Steel Slotted Flexible Turner (Kitchen)
I first purchased the Oxo Good Grips flexible turner and while I was initially pleased with it, I found that the good grips handle melts when the spatula is left in the pan or leaned against the pan. I'd have purchased the Lamson second but it wasn't available with Amazon Prime, which I like for ease of ordering and return. So I ordered the MIU. It's better built than the Oxo as the one piece steel blade extends into the handle and is riveted into place by the three rivets that you can see in the picture. The blade is sharp and flexible and the handle doesn't melt when you get it warm. Overall, I like the turner but it is about 2" shorter than the Oxo and I prefer the larger size. For that reason I give it four stars rather than five.

5.0 out of 5 stars No Complaints, September 20, 2009

This is probably one of the most inexpensive turners I've ever gotten, but it has exceeded my expectations. It is strong enough to flip a steak on the grill and flexible enough to get the first piece of pie out without destroying it. The front edge is tapered to slip cleanly underneath eggs or crepes without snagging them. After you're done, it goes in the dishwasher without worrying about destroying a wooden handle.

5.0 out of 5 stars I'd pay double, February 2, 2009
This review is from: MIU France Stainless Steel Slotted Flexible Turner (Kitchen)
Yes, this is essentially the same as the lamson with MIU silk screened on it instead. And it replaced mine for about a 1/4 of the price. It has just the right amount of flex to it, and a beveled edge that a lot of the cheaper ones lack. This will be the best whisk/strainer/spider/thing to turn fish you ever bought.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Turner!, October 9, 2008
This review is from: MIU France Stainless Steel Slotted Flexible Turner (Kitchen)
I really love this turner. It is slightly tapered at the end so there is more of an edge for getting under food. It gets under the most annoyingly flat foods wonderfully for me and flips them without a problem. It is great with fish as well. Great purchase.

I really like this turner. It is just what I was looking for.
Sturdy yet flexible enough to get under your food. Love it.
