I had originally bought the five-piece set, and liked it so much that I added this set to our wedding registry. I didn't actually NEED these, but I thought it would be a nice addition to the set. These cups are extremely sturdy and very high quality. I'm not an expert, but I've never seen better, and I shopped around. I mostly wanted the 2/3 and 3/4 cups, but since I got them, I've actually used the 2 cup piece on several occasions and have found it to be surprisingly useful. I love the entire set, and think it's worth the price.

I'd never seen a two cup dry measuring cup until I was watching the Food Network one day and saw one being used. Eureka! Of course...you need two cups of something ALL the time. I wasn't looking for the smaller sizes, but they are really handy as well, saves you time and gives you a potentially more accurate measure.

This is a really nice, sturdy, high quality set and I'm very happy with my purchase. It would be great to find a full set that just included these sizes automatically.

These cups include the size that you usually have to mess up two cups to get the right amount. Heavy too...doesn't tip over. Downside is the handles are harder to fit on my hook than the open handles on my old set.

These are of the highest quality - heavy, well-made stainless steel. Where have these been all my life? No more dipping in a 1/3 cup measure into the flour twice for a 2/3 cup recipe. Simple, handsome tools to do the job just right; my cup of tea.

If you do a considerable amount of baking, you might love these measuring cups. They make your time in the kitchen go a little bit quicker.

I bought this because my other 2-cup measures were going bad--the glass one chipped, and the plastic one has tiny little cracks all over it. I also have 3 young children and needed something durable. I was delighted to find upon arrival that these measuring cups are extremely sturdy! They should last a lifetime. I also purchased the more popular (and backordered) set of 5 MIU measuring cups and look forward to their arrival. Also, thank you, Amazon, (and I'm sure all agree) for the review feature, which makes purchasing online so much easier!

I agree with the other reviewers - I bought this set for the mid-sized measurements and have been surprised how often I use the 2 cup measure! I have the 5 piece set as well and love these measuring cups. The design, feel and long handles are great. Highly recommended.

This is the best investment I've made in baking implements in years. I reach for the 3/4 and 2 cup measures almost every time I bake. They're made from the highest quality stainless and although I've tossed them around and into the dishwasher endless times, they still look brand new, which is more than I can say for my Cuispro set of standard measures.


Now someone needs to make a 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 cup measure. :D

I love that these are 18/10, something I know will last a long time. They are very accurate and probably the best measuring cups/spoons out there and that I have used. I'm in the baking industry and I like to have nice products to use at home too. May be a little bit pricey, but i thought they were worth the money, and I still agree.

...I like these odd size measuring cups,they're great. They are of superior quality and are just like little stainless steel pots. There are many recipies that call for 2/3, 3/4 & 2 cup measurements and require you to add two cups together to achieve the total required. So, many times we have had bad batches of cookies because of simply forgetting to put enough of, or to much of an ingredient in the "brew".
