Joe Levine creates user documentation for Groove Networks, Inc., in Beverly, Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife, Martha, and children, Adam and Anna. Before Groove Networks, Joe spent 16 years as a technical writer at Lotus/IBM, contributing to documentation efforts for products such as Lotus Notes and Lotus 1-2-3. He holds a bachelorUs degree in English literature from Vassar College. And though this is obviously not the Great American Novel, heUs still excited to publish his first book.
