I have had this game for about a year and I would like to say that this is the best baseball game I have ever played. All of the play modes are fun especially the spring training mode. Everybody I know that owns the game thinks the same way. Alot of homeruns are hit in this game. You can create people and make your own dream team.

I thought that MLB 2000 was a great game. The graphics in this were outstanding. The spring training mode is exciting and very fun to do. All modes in this are great. Season is also a good one; it keeps rosters standings awards everything. If you're a baseball fan and you're looking for a game, get this one. Even if you're not a baseball fan you might enjoy it.

This game is pretty good. The gameplay is really fun. You can create a player with some features that a lot of video games don't have. The computer opposition in't very easy. Even on the lowest level, it is pretty hard. The pitcher's stamina will wear down, just like in a real baseball game. But if you're looking for a game with good graphics, this isn't a very good game. The people are very blocky, and they don't run in a smooth motion. Overall, I give this game 4 sars.

This game has awsome grapics and has tons of options like create a player ot trading. You could trade players and create the ultimate baseball team or play a world series with a team that has never before heard of players. If you liked Triple Play '99 or any other baseball games for playstation your gonna love this game.

This game suffers from a ton of problems, most stemming from the horrible AI the game has. Even on the highest difficulty level, chances are the pitcher will the same old pitch over and over again, allowing a player who uses the exaggerated total control batting to pummel almost every pitch out. Occanisally it takes a bit of intelligence to knock the ball out, like knowing a slider breaking away from the batter must be taken to the opposite field. Aside from that, there is no challenge. Another quirk of the AI is if catching you trying to advance will simply run you back to the base you came from. If you try to steal 2nd, and the throw beats you, you simply retreat back to 1st and no problem, making it even easier to score. In the two player game, these problems don't occur and MLB 2000 actually becomes a nice game. The horrible color commentary (which is devoid of all emotion) can be switched off and you've got a good time on your hands. However, being limited to 1-player seasons, that mode is thrashed. The magaer's mode lets you watch the AI bumble around. Talk about boring; sub a player once every 9 innings! Wow! Spring training is flawed with a very unfair points system, ignoring defense or sacrifices and making it difficult to gather 25 points unless you play 30+ ganes (wow, more fun!). Just a great AI short of a winning game. As is, the game looks like a pitcher batting, it gives effort, but stirkes out on three straight.

this game sucks. It might be fun if you like to hit about 12 home runs a game, and have the ball travel about 600 feet per home run. It is way to easy and the game play is not all that great.
