This is a fun novelty, but not really a toy. It is smaller than a typical potato head and the faces are all one piece. I got this for my husband and he thought it was great, but we were both surprised by the small size. It would be disappointing to a child who was thinking he was getting the typical Mr. Potato Head.

I recommend it, but be aware of what you are getting.

Every member of Red Sox Nation should be issued one of these. Mine is perched on top of my monitor at work and I get more comments and accolades on it every day. Go Sox!

Great for a Red Sox enthusiast. This sits perfectectly on a desk to remind an avid fan that the Red Sox are fabulous. You could give to a child if they like the BoSox, not intended for infants, small objects. Actually if you are a dreaded Yankees fanatic, you could purchase to chuck at the floor when you lose and we win.

Educational value on a Mr. Potato Head, even a Red Sox one?? Hmmm, sorry - that doesn't even apply here, which accounts for the 1 star rating.
But, my husband was born in Boston and, though we live in California, is a die-hard Boston sports fan. The only reason any other team exists is so the Pats, the Celtics, the Red Sox and the Bruins will have someone to play against. He was delighted with the Red Sox Mr. Potato Head and it has a place of honor on his computer monitor!
Service was excellent and I will definitely buy from this company again.

Ha, ha...this is great for a friend who is a Red Sox fan! Just what you'd expect, silly and endearing, with two different faces to use.

I have a friend that likes the Boston Red Sox and Amazon is great place to find unique and hard to find items. I can recommend using Amazon for Boston Red Sox items.

Got this for my 18 month old since we are all Sox fans, and he loves it. The only downside is that it's really not for "play" like everyone else said. He still enjoys it though.

I ordered this item for my boyfriend, as he "collects" the different Mr. Potato Head characters, and is an avid Red Sox fan. He LOVED it. He won't let me take it out of the box, but the package is as if I walked into a store and bought it off the shelf. Brand new - not banged up or anything - excellent item. And it's absolutely adorable in my opinion!

I am not happy with this toy. It is not the same size as the Mr. Potato Head toys. It is smaller so the pieces can not be used with other Potato Head toys. Plus the pieces are very hard to 'click' on. On a positive note: It is cute and would be nice for decoration in a baseball themed kids or game room.

While it's a genuine Mr. Potato Head, it's a SMALL one... about 4' high.

It is not meant for kids to play with like the regular toy; the arms, feet and all the pieces are hard to remove and replace, my 2 years old nephew just couldn't.

However, his dad, a true Red Sox's fan, was delighted and the look of the toy is perfect !!
