I recieved this backpack in new condition. When my son used it for the first week of school i had to sew the shoulder strap to the bag. The bag is no good to him,should have spent the money some where else.

after looking at the yankees website to purchase the backpk and the prices were $20 to $30 more I decieded to chk amazon.com. It was easy to search just typed in yankees bkpk and there you go. The price was so great the quality was great and my grandson is very happy. I will continue to use Amazon.com for the savings and quality of the items

After a year of third grade, this backpack is still in great condition. My son already has gone through two lunch totes, so he's not easy on his things. It has been tossed around, yet it still is in great condition. It is nicely padded and ours was well constructed. The only complaint I have is that the zipper is underneath the material of the backpack, making it more difficult to zip and unzip.
