Cheap and effective
Can't say much about the longevity but it worked the first, second, third, and several more times that I used it. People who have problems with forstner bits are probably drilling at too fast of a speed, try 500rpm or lower if you can. Use slow but steady pressure and this bit works like any other forstner bit, except that its not self feeding which was much...

This is an example of why cheap Chinese tools are often a waste of money. This thing was haphazardly hand-sharpened with a grinder; no precision was even attempted. Some cutting edges are sharp, some are burred, some are dull. Yes, it's cheap, but what good is cheap if it's not worth it? I recommend doing what I'll do now, spend more for a real tool.
