Easy to assemble, works as expected
It comes in a slim box and had assembly instructions, but it's so simple you don't need them. slide the four separators through the little slits in the base, and secure with the two rods. Voila! The product works great for holding my three-ring-binders. Heavy and metal, two good things. I highly recommend this for your organizing needs and such and rather!!

Steel file organizer
Directions to put this together not very detailed. I thought it was difficult to put together and I don't think the plastic bolts are very sturdy.

This unit is hard to assemble and it is of poor quality! I would never buy this brand again!
