Dont buy this one, its a fake and a rip-off. Mine worked about 1/2 expected life for a week, then died completely. If you check the Motorola sight, you get the tips for fakes, such as crooked labels and fuzzy logos

AVOID buying this POS! It is either a fake, knock off, or refurbished battery.

I bought this battery for my wife's Razr. Her original battery had lasted more than five years, and it now couldn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. When I saw this great deal on a new OEM Motorola battery, I thought I would surprise her by replacing her old battery.

She charged the battery for 24 hours. A day later she asked me if I had bought a used battery. Why? It would not hold a charge for more than 5 hours. Think this is a new battery? I think not! It was worse than her original battery that was more than 5 years old.

So I bit the bullet and bought a new battery directly through Motorola's website, paying almost fourty bucks for it. And guess what? It holds a charge for TWO WEEKS before needing to be recharged.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

For the price and quality this battery works better than the original and is still being used. I tried many plcaes and could have bought a new cell for what the price they wanted for this. I always check with Amazon and there this was and it is very good quality and the price was fantastic.
