Normally I wouldn't bother with a negative review on such a minor item but I feel compelled to say something--really warn others--that Eforcity is a company that fails to reply to any email inquires about a problem with your order. In my situation, I sent three emails indicating I had not received the battery and informed Eforcity that the battery was apparently being held up at a local DHL office, which I learned by following the tracking link in the shipping email. The company never contacted me and I waited almost a month for help. I tried them by phone but with no success either. Finally I called Amazon customer service and explained the dilemma. They promptly credited my account and apologized for this vendor's poor performance, saying they would investigate the situation as they did not want bad vendor service reflecting poorly on them. Now, I am placing a new order for the battery with Accessory One, a company I have done business with before and had no problems, and I am even saving almost four dollars from the price that Eforcity charges.

I am always skeptical when buying things like this, but I was pleasantly surprised that the batteries are authentic OEM and work great. Just what I was looking for and got it.....

Good battery. It looks the same as the original Motorola. It has a little lower power rating than the original, which was 820mAh, but I can't tell the difference.
