I read these books when I was in middle school, I think. I was totally into science fiction and they were one of the few Science Fiction titles that they had. They are pretty juvenile, but are cute for younger readers. Definitely middle or High School level reading for the young scifi fan. Each book has an overall background plotline that they all connect with and then each also has a plotline of their own. It is usually some mystery, the group of kids get into danger/trouble, adults don't believe them, and then they solve the mystery. The kids drama of have to deal with the typical drama of school, and then also space adventure.

This specific book opens the story. Some of the kids have already been on the planet, others are just arriving. The kids meet up and are drawn to a mysterious vision on a mountain.

All of the books are co written by various authors and then published under a pen name. All in all, a very nice scifi series for the young reader.
