5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Anatomy Text
This book is a wonderful text for an introductory college course in human anatomy. I attend Weber State University and had the luxury of being taught by Dr. Van De Graaff. He is a wonderful professor with vast knowledge. The greatness of the book and the strength of its author have inspired many individuals such as myself to aspire to new heights in their college...

3.0 out of 5 stars this book is so expensive!!!
This book is essential to anyone taking Anatomy. It is very detailed and provides a lot of pictures. It is sometimes too detailed, which makes it difficult for the average student to understand. I recommend using it along with the anatomy coloring book. My only complaint is the price, why is it so expensive?

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Anatomy Tool, September 4, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Human Anatomy (Hardcover)
I have to use this book for Human Anatomy and it is great the detail put into the book. If you buy it new from the publisher it even comes with a CD and a thinner, helpful spiral bound book that contains all of the diagrams.

This review is from: MP: Van De Graaff Human Anatomy 6/e + OLC password card + ESP + Strete/Creek's Atlas to Human Anatomy (CD-ROM)
the book was as described, that is, new and in wrapper. the atlas is very useful in my human morph class, easy to use for "at a glance" type studying. only one problem, the cd that came with it was useless, because the ink from the pamphlet inside the cd case had embedded itself into the cd...

5.0 out of 5 stars great for beginners, August 22, 2003

This review is from: MP: Van De Graaff Human Anatomy 6/e + OLC password card + ESP + Strete/Creek's Atlas to Human Anatomy (CD-ROM)
This book is very easy to understand. It is laid out a little differently than the Marieb, Martini and Tortora books. I find it easier to understand though. The extra tidbits in the book are really interesting as well. The book has answered things I have often wondered about but, never asked anyone. If you are new to A&P this book will really help you out without overwhelming you and confusing you. Thank you Dr Van de Graaff
