In my opinion this product provides a great boost for all types of work outs. Do not drink this anytime in the evening because it is very very strong and you will be up late like me writing reviews on Amazon.com products. I do not typically use the full packet but about half-three quarters of it because it's so potent. Definitely feels like it helps with the bigger rips and getting more blood flow going. A lot of the energy comes from the caffeine i'm pretty sure. I use this product once a week or so for my extra intense work outs. I don't really think this is something I would take all the time because that is probably not good for you.
Note:Make sure to follow the instructions on the packet and drink lots of water or this stuff can wreak havoc on your system.

Like a lot of these supplements, one has to sometimes keep trying to find one that works. They don't work for everyone. It was my first time to try Black Powder yesterday, after having used Jack3d for some time. I wanted to try something new and take a break from Jack3d, which has really worked for me. Blackpowder's taste is ok. The texture is a little thick, and I didn't have the stomach bloat I experience sometimes with Jack3d. But it did absolutely nothing except give me a slight headache. I'm sure there are others who have found it to be really good and effective for them. It just didn't work for me. I'm pretty much a gym rat and have been working out for close to ten years now. This has so far been the most disappointing 'first try' I've had, and I've used NanoVapor, NOExplode, NOShotgun, and a number of other pre-workout supplements. I'm going back to Jack3d.
