This book describes innovative methods to improve MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), beyond its current limitations: magnetic field-in-homogeneities, "long" acquisition time, undersampling artifacts. The described methods are very specialized basic acquisition sequences and represent the building blocks for innovative methods. For this reason, the book is intended to indicate the direction for breakthrough MRI, in a speculative sense. This book is particularly indicated for the reader who want to be transported toward the MRI frontier, in a few steps. The reader of this book must be acquainted with MRI fundamentals.
