Don't use as your only review,
This review is from: MRI Review: Questions and Answers (Paperback)
I just took the MRI boards in May and passed. The questions in this books are a little to easy in comparison to the boards. You also do not get an explanation for the answer. The anatomy was helpful however sometimes the answers did not match up to the picture. Overall I would not buy this book again since it makes the boards seem like they would be this easy - they were not. I would recommend MRI In Practice as your number one study material.

Don't bother,
This review is from: MRI Review: Questions and Answers (Paperback)
I bought this book. What a waste! Not only was it not proofed, there were questions without answers, answers without questions, and gramatically it sucked. I actually threw it away. Is there a way to give this zero stars!?

POOR ANATOMY QUIZ PRESENTATION,

QUESTIONS AND THE LABELED ANATOMY OFTEN DON`T MATCH. THIS WHOLE SECTION IS IN TOTAL DISARRAY. THE WORST I`VE ENCOUNTERED IN ANY EXAM RELATING MRIIMAGES AND ACTUAL ANATOMY. VERY AMATEURISH, CREATED BY A NON-CREDENTIALED DABLER. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT-AND WORSE: Q & A OFTEN BASED ON MISMATCHED IMAGES,ALONG WITH APOCHRYPHAL ANSWERS.

If you have taken the MRI registry you too can write a book at least as good as this one. I don't recommend this book.

I bought this book just to check how are the questions formulated. It is an good overview in general. Of course, you will need additional books to review physics and the principal concepts. I do recommend this book to start your review and focus in your weakness. This is a good introduction. Please, you may not study this questions waiting to see the same on your test. It doesn't matter if you take your ARRT-MR or ARMRIT test, you will always need additional literature. Good luck!!
