This is the 6th re-order my husband and I have placed since we first tried it WE are completely sold and will continue to buy it. There are a couple things that you need to make sure you are aware of when putting this into your regimen. Start off slow, see how your body reacts to it, it will speed up your blood flow so natuarally, you'll feel a kick in your step (different than caffeine). Gradually get up to a full dose. It will give you energy so don't take it at night unless you'll be up for quite some time. We are adding it to our supplements in the morning to start off our day. L-Carnitine is very helpful in breaking down fats and is great to add into any weight loss / excercise regimen as well. CoQ10 is my favorite supplement! I know it's silly to say that about a supplement but if research all the wonderful benefits COQ10 does for you, you will never be without it... Not only does CoQ10 help the development of Collagen (It's needed in order for collagen to be produced in our system) but since your body stops producing it as we age, this is a necessity for our bones, skin, hair, joints, muscle rovery & retention....the list goes on! A+++

Every once and a while, a sensational supplement comes on the market that truly upgrades all previously marketed forms of the substance. Such was Excel (formerly Elan Vital), the best, most advanced Ma Huang supplement ever - the rage of the early 90's - later outlawed in California, suppressed by the FDA, corporate lobbyists,etc., the usual crowd. Less threatening than Ma Huang, Pure Planet forever changed the way we ingest spirulina, taking all the junk additives out, and allowing us to measure out the rather pricey doses by simply offering uncut, organic spirulina in measured tabs and caps.

Such an evolutionary step forward we find in MRM's new L-Carnitine CQ10 drink. First, it is very difficult to assess the effectiveness of cell purification claims. I mean, who can really know?? CQ10 is such a relatively recent innovation that it will be a long time before the numbers are in. Thus, enthusisasm over CQ10 must be very individualized and subjective, almost entirely empirically justified with as yet limited statistical reference.

What we do know is that with CQ10 delivery time is critical - the fresher, the faster - the better. Why not simply drink it? What a brilliant idea - forget the cap or tab - simply chug it - the most direct delivery time possible, eh?

Now - as mentioned by another reviewer - the stuff packs a punch - and should be taken in the prescribed doses. I use the cap for this process - and take no more than two at a time - six per day max. The drink tastes great. I subsitute it for OJ at breakfast on low carb days.

As usual with the blessed MRM label, the greatest care has been taken in production. The product is PURELY VEGAN and made from the finest sources available.

This company, located in Oceanside, California, historically a rather special place in the evolution of health consciousness, practices what is imo the state of the art consciousness in the production of its superior line of supplements.

L- Carnitine is with potassium critical for muscular system recovery after exertion and again - one would be hard pressed to find a better source. While not cheap, you get what you pay for here.

This is an excellant product; however.I feel this was an old bottle as it had an encrusted sentiment around the entire top of the bottle and the packing was so poor that nearly half the bottle spilled in the box. I will definitely keep using this product but will purchase it elsewhere.
