This is the 6th re-order my husband and I have placed since we first tried it WE are completely sold and will continue to buy it. There are a couple things that you need to make sure you are aware of when putting this into your regimen. Start off slow, see how your body reacts to it, it will speed up your blood flow so natuarally, you'll feel a kick in your step (different than caffeine). Gradually get up to a full dose. It will give you energy so don't take it at night unless you'll be up for quite some time. We are adding it to our supplements in the morning to start off our day. L-Carnitine is very helpful in breaking down fats and is great to add into any weight loss / excercise regimen as well. CoQ10 is my favorite supplement! I know it's silly to say that about a supplement but if research all the wonderful benefits COQ10 does for you, you will never be without it... Not only does CoQ10 help the development of Collagen (It's needed in order for collagen to be produced in our system) but since your body stops producing it as we age, this is a necessity for our bones, skin, hair, joints, muscle rovery & retention....the list goes on! A+++

This is an excellant product; however.I feel this was an old bottle as it had an encrusted sentiment around the entire top of the bottle and the packing was so poor that nearly half the bottle spilled in the box. I will definitely keep using this product but will purchase it elsewhere.

This suppliment tasted delicious, but should be taken in small doses to start.
I did not and I had a severe and very scary reaction,similar to what a heart attack must feel like.
I had s discussion with a friend who manages a healthfood store and she cautioned me that just because a suppliment is not a pharmaceutical prescription, it can have profound effects....no kidding!
