I have used this video with my high school Computer Literacy students with good success. The actor is approachable, the content has just the right amount of detail and is well organized into bite sized chapters, and the pacing doesn't leave you in the dust. I'm visiting Amazon now to order the other videos in the series - Word, PowerPoint, etc.
