Sleek, tankless, low profile elongated one piece toilet with integrated Washlet. Low consumption (6 Lpf/1.6 Gpf) Cyclone flushing action. SanaGloss glazing. 12-Inch rough-in. Tank cover, fittings, mounting covers and Washlet included. Washlet features front and rear warm water washing with temperature and intermittent pressure controls. Seat can be automatically opened/closed by remote or by sensor operation. Seat allows for temperature control and heating. Other features include air deodorizer, dryer function, and remote control hanger. Toto's patented, super-smooth SanaGloss glaze prevents debris, mold and bacteria from sticking to porous, ceramic surfaces. SanaGloss keeps your Toto chinaware cleaner, longer, which means fewer chemicals in the environment and less water used for cleaning. SanaGloss seals china with an ionized barrier, creating a super-smooth surface that prevents particles from adhering to ceramic, while a catalyzed ion barrier actually repels particles away. TOTO MS990CGR-12 Toilet - Excellent 5! - This Toilet is everything expected and then some. Once you try one of these, you won't want to use anything else! What a pleasure. The toilet is very high quality. The installation went without a hitch or any issues by my plumber. I moved the replaced toilet in the same plumber installation charge to replace a lesser smaller toilet both for $514.00. The installation manual was good, but was vague on the plumbing detail of the valve mounting on the wall or floor. But my plumber handled it correctly even though he had never installed one of these before. Testing the WAND with no one on the toilet (as described in the manual) did shoot a stream of water across the bathroom unexpectedly but stopped when the paper was removed from the people sensor. Beware of the water wash test, hehe... Otherwise perfect and very effective! *****! 5 stars!

Toto toilet works well, however shipped with some essential hardware (shutoff valve connector) missing which had to be purchased separately. Also no installation template or manual included. Stains inside unit were removable, but this could have appropriately been done by the seller.
