I prefer this full brim style hard hat to the cap style hard hat for overhead work, as it's easier for me to see what's above me while climbing without having to reverse the hat. This is the polyethylene plastic V-Gard style hat that seems a lot lighter than the fiber type, at least to me anyway. It comes with a decent ratcheting suspension, but has a perforated vinyl sweatband, which I find uncomfortable, so I bought a washable aftermarket fabric snap in sweatband to use with it.
Another accessory I consider almost mandatory with a full brim hard hat is a chinstrap. Without one, I find a full brim hat tends to fall off when looking up with your head tilted back or when a strong gust of wind catches the brim and pulls it off your head. That really stinks when you're up on a ladder or pole.
BTW, MSA makes the Klein hard hats. Klein just has their name stamped on them and then sells them for three times as much.

Pros:
Functional.
Finally an option to the traditional construction hard hat.
Ratchet knob for head size makes adjustment easy.

Cons:
A bit heavy if worn throughout the day.

There's not much to say.. it works and it's not too hot like everyone assumes. I get comments on how hot it must be every day. But it's no different in my opionion than a white one.
