This book is a complete waste of time and money! It is apparent why the book is self-published, no reputable printing company would print this garbage! Contains no original ideas or useful information, "$1,000,000 idea" more like common sense! "Easy to read" AKA written at a second grade reading level. Save your money, don't buy this book, and don't believe the phony...

The Book is great. It offers a lot of ideas on drumming up new business with the most ethical practices. The book also stresses organization in efforts with new customers. The book also provides insight on how to build long lasting solid relationships with new clients. Highly recommended if you are serious about generating new clients.

This book is an easy read. Ryan Gray is "to the point" and he doesn't fill the book with any information you can't use. It only took me two days to read, and the valuable information I learned will help me for years. This book really gives you the tools to succeed in the device industry. It tells you how to pay attention to detail and do the small things that make a huge difference to our clients. If you want to be better than your competitors, then buy this book, read it, and do what it says. Thank you Ryan Gray, your book is right on the money.

I picked up this book to give me insight into the medical device field.
I've been in sales for 13 years and I'm moving over to medical device field. This book is extremely helpful and easy to read with great tips for a beginner and an expert. I highly recommend this book!

I have read several sales "how to" texts through my 10 year career in medical sales (pharmaceutical, device, and biotech indutries) and this has been my best find to date. Recently, I have taken on national and international sales training for my company, and have ordered this text for the new hires who have limited sales expereince. There are also great tips for the well expereinced sales representatives as well. The MSDR includes great info on how to get past gate keepers, how to sell to multiple levels within a hospital, through sales basics.

I've been in the device business for about 5 years now and picked up this book a few months ago. There were things I'd never thought of in there. My return on investment (based on some new ideas from the book) was very high and my manager is taking a look at it right now. I was sceptical as well. Nice free gifts also.
