What else can I say? It is an awesome GPU. The 780 is faster, but also about $200 more. Will get another one to run SLI next year.

Update: 3 weeks after purchase.

So all the buzz from AMD's 290/290x have made nVidia drop the price of this video card by $75 USD and I got the difference. Also I recieved 3 games (new batman, spinter cell, and assassin creed IV) which is not bad at all. It looks like AMD have somewhat crashed the party and supposedly blow all the high teir nvidia card out of the water on benchmarks. I don't think I will return this and get a r9 290 even though it suppose to pump out higher fps for less money. The availability of the 290/290x is scarce, and right now they only have reference design and everyone is reporting that the reference cooler is super loud. In addition, all the initial rollout of drivers causes many games to crash. I am pretty happy with the 770GTX performance.

I also tried new games on the 770gtx:

Skyrim High Res Texture (Ultra detail) @ 1080p will be around 70-120 fps.

Splinter Cell Blacklist (Ultra detail) @ 1080p will be around 80-130 fps.

Basically a faster, cheaper GTX 680. Great value, even with a ~$400 price tag. When the word gets out about how great these perform, they're gonna go fast.

Like I mentioned in the title: very fast and very quiet, even under load. My FurMark score increased by around 50% from my old HD 6970. It's idle temp is 26C-28C, gaming peaks in the low 50s and under stress tests (100% usage), the GPU temp maxed out at 72C.

Card runs like a ferret on crack. Stable as all get out and I've even pushed the overclock an additional 12% and still stable with no Tearing. It's a power hog though, make sure you have a MINIMUM of 750Watts. Wouldn't fire with a 600 Watt PSU and my current rig.

Stepped up from a GTX 660 to this GTX 770. I was going to go with the GTX 760, but benchmarking scorecard wasn't that much of a difference from my GTX 660. Upgrading video cards is only worth it if you increase two or three models. Don't purchase this card if you have a GTX 760 or GTX 670, you won't see the price difference. MSI is one of the best for OC and sound. I have this card on a micro ATX board in a small case that hooks up to my media center. I love playing Stream "big picture" on my couch with an Xbox 360 controller.

I can now play almost any game on Ultra at an enjoyable level. I do get some vertical line issues on games like Frycry 3 or AC Black Flag, but just have to drop some of the settings. BF4, COD Ghost play buttery smooth at Ultra.

I didn't want to buy the GTX 780 or 780 ti, because of the price and knowing DDR4 memory is coming out later this year and didn't know what Nvidia was working on.

Note, use can build an amazing gaming computer for about $650-$800 that is better than PS4 or Xbox One. But the main reason you would build a gaming system, is you can play almost all the same console games, with the same controller on your PC for much less. Instead of paying $59 for BF4, AC Black Flag, and more, you can pay half or sometimes free (I received AC Black Flag for free with this card). Oh... PC games allow you to mod (Skyrim is the best example).

Pros:
-Fast
-Cool
-Quiet

Cons:
-Big (not too big)

I've been using this card for over a month, and let me tell you, it is awesome (seriously awesome). Essentially a more powerful GTX 680 for less money, and only 14% less powerful than the GTX 780, which is priced $250+ more than the GTX 770.

This card comes overclocked out of the box, so I didn't feel the need to overclock it. Honestly, at the moment I don't feel the need to overclock it. I've tested it on a few games (BF3, Tomb Raider, BioShock Infinite) and it runs them at 70+fps on max settings. Heck, I played through GTA IV: EFLC with the ICEnhancer mod and it ran it perfectly (as perfect as you can run that poorly ported game on PC); I was averaging 45fps, on max settings.

I also unlocked the CUDA cores to use with Adobe programs, and my rendering times have gone down substantially.

I definitely recommend this card.

After three days of use one of the fans seems to be off weight and is making a ton of noise. My main concern is reliability... seems like this could break the fan entirely and cause the gpu to overheat. very dissappointing. I have several other computers with gtx 770's from different manufactures and this is not an issue. Maybe just a fluke though.
