I randomly picked this video card out for a business system that didn't have built-in video. It's working great! We don't use it for gaming so I don't know if it would be fast for that, but it works well for our business use and is nice and quiet since it just uses a passive heatsink and does not have a cooling fan. I ordered a 2nd one of these now, and it's working well in another system too.

Bought this video card for its HDMI and DVI connectivity. My onboard video card only has a analog connector.
Compared to ASUS 512MB R5450 video card, the MSI R5450 has a larger heatsink. Heat sink temperature of MSI card is lower than the ASUS 1 hour after wakeup of PC. My rough (finger touch) estimation is about 5-10 deg C difference.

I have been really impressed with this card. It really sharpened my display and works well on fb and lotro - running on win xp and it is great. I have a win 7 machine with a 6450 card that cost me twice as much and it isn't half as good. I dinged 1 star because once in a while my pc will boot to blue screen and blames the display driver. I have similar issue on my other machine at times I think this is a ATI driver issue or it may be the pc - got a nasty virus a bit back. Had the card since aug 2011 and still happy.

This video card stopped working Sun. 3-25. Return warranty expired on the 13. So I guess they expect them to last 1 month not 2. The card was good while it lasted.
