I dabble in the stock market & as the years have passed, I've noticed that higher resolution screens display more excel rows & columns & more informative graphs. So I've progressed thru a Sony CPT-1304 13" 1024x768, a Samsung 2433BW 24" 1920x1200, a Apple M9179LL/A 30" Cinema 2560x1600 & finally a Seiki SE39UY04 39" 3840x2160 monitors/displays. The Seiki only supports it's highest resolution via an HDMI 1.4a input, so I needed a graphics card that does HDMI 1.4a & the MSI R7-250 does.
The Seiki is really a 4k TV set that happens to work as a monitor & reading the reviews & questions, it looks like 99.9% of them are computer monitor users. Makes sense; 4k video is virtually nonexistent.
The R7-250 setup was easy & following the Seiki review comments to setup the monitor, I was quickly looking at an incredible display. The Seiki only supports 60 Hz refresh at 3840x2160 resolution, so I wasn't looking for blazing performance from this card, but I was a little disappointed. It singlehandedly reduced my windows 7 64 bit performance from 7.3 to 6.9 by dint of it's Graphics (6.9) & Gaming graphics (also 6.9) performance.
The Seiki is not capable of impressive gaming performance & spreadsheets are not graphics intensive tho, so this card fills the HDMI 1.4a support bill nicely. I'm a happy customer.

I ordered this card to crossfire with an AMD A10 7850k. It was easily done with AMD's software and I could even slightly overclock the card with its stock cooling. Also the 1.8 mhz default clock speed made it a better choose the gddr3 over the gddr5. I am very happy with this purchase so I'd recommend and buy again.

I have two of these on a running in a Crossfire X configuration on a MSI motherboard. They run well for the price. I do have to run these on medium graphics quality on Sniper Elite 3. Sniper Elite V2 I can ruin them at a higher quality.

The installation instructions said to install the card, hook up a monitor to the card's VGA port and then install the software. This resulted in a blank screen. I had to pull the card, and then install the software first. After doing this, the card worked fine.

I needed to return the first card after much troubleshooting. The replacement shipped fast and worked immediately. Low power consumption runs cool. Performance matches expectation of a <$100 card. Satisfied with replacement card.

For the cheap price, I must say that it's not a bad piece of hardware. It provides what I need with multiple monitors for my main job and provides medium to medium-high level of gaming.
At this time I'm neutral on pro's and con's and will be further reviewing this product after a more substantial time at the helm. But for the current rating:
Pro's: Crossfirex Compatible, HDMI/DVI/VGA ports (supporting up to 3 monitors at once). Con's: DDR3 (Not GDDR5), Slow response times for heavy gaming.
