I never rate anything at five stars, but this is close!
Martha Christy has hit the nail on the head with this book. Her explaintion of what MSM is and how it functions in the body makes it a must read for the turn of the century. 31 pages?
Sorry, I haven't read it though I read a good review on Amazon.com but 31 pages? Isn't there anything to say about MSM? I think that I will look into the other books on the subject because there is not much you can say in 31 pages!

Martha Christy has hit the nail on the head with this book. Her explaintion of what MSM is and how it functions in the body makes it a must read for the turn of the century. Never before has a book (other than the Bible) changed my life. I began to take MSM shortly after reading the book. In fact once I read the book I could hardly contain my eagerness to get the product. Luckily I found it on the internet... regardless or where I began to breath easier than I had in years. No more trips to the emergency room for me this year.. I used to have to go two or three times because I would dust or vacuum the house and almost put myself into the hospital...
