This was my first purchase from Amazon. The lawn mower I received was not even the one I ordered. It was173cc. After starting it up, it was racing out of control.. The product was damaged or defective. After a month of aggravation with the service center and the manufacturer, making dozens of phone calls,taking a day off from work, and paying for transportation to the service center, the lawn mower I think is running for how long,I do not know.. Amazon agreed to refund the price of the product which was fair. Despite all of this aggravation for a month, I will use Amazon again.
