Ingredients
Clove, cinnamon, black salt, big cardamom & refined palmolein oil.

Directions
Cook, peel & mash about 175g potatoes.Soak 35g green peas.Cook until tender & keep aside.Heat 70g of butter.Add 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste,35g chopped onion, 50g chopped capsicum & saute for 2-3mins. Now aadd 175g chopped tomatoes & cook until soft.Add 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala & 1/4 tsp mtr chilli powder, add mashed potato,cooked peas & salt to taste.Add water & simmer for 5 mins.
