these subs are the best buy ever they really hit hard not complaints at all the amp comes that comes with it is perfect it doesn't over heat because it has a built-in fan cooler the subs are perfect and it is an enclosed box so it give an solid hitting sound oppose to ported. this is the best package to get if you looking for a set.

I bought my subs locally they work awesome i don't even have them turned half way up and the hit really really hard they blow my friends system away and he has well over a grand in his. but i would recommend buying them locally of from a authorized dealer so you have warranty just in case. i talked with mtx to find a dealer the dealer on amazon is not a mtx dealer so you wont have a warranty but finger hut is a mtx dealer. but i do love the subs and plain on buying mtx subs for my other cars soon

I bought this sub/amp combo on Amazon for under $200 and it sounds great. The subs put out clean bass and hit very hard. Also, I have had no issues with the amp overheating. I highly recommend this set up. Great buy!

Installed 10/2010 in my Accord Wagon with a 4-gauge kit (overkill I know- but has room for growth). I like purchasing factory-amp-sub combos because they are paired together for a reason: they work perfectly together. Sub box is solidly built- sealed box provides crisp bass. Remote bass knob an extra bonus. You're not going to win any competitions with this purchase, but it's guaranteed to rattle your bones. No issues w/ amp- overheating - in 70-80 degree weather so far with the bass turned up 100% for 30 minutes.

Box is kind of big. That's my only gripe. But what can you expect 2x 12"s?

ok these subs are awesome! they have great beat and can take alot of power. but the amp is pathetically weak, you are better off just ordering the subs off amazon MTX Audio Terminator Series TNE212D 1200 Watt Dual 12" Sub Enclosure then buying a good amp Brand New Sony Xplod Xm-zzr3301 1,100 Watt Power-house Mono-block Amplifier Designed Just for Super Bass! the amp they include in this kit is NOT worth what they are selling it for!!!!

Dont get this set if you are looking for a sub set with some solid bump. I'd say get this if you want a little more low end in your ride and aren't TOO big on bass. I got this installed and was asking what amp I could get to increase the sound on the first day.

Some will love it, others it wont be enough.

Great speakers.

They won't shake the hub caps off the car next to you, but they will rattle your car pretty good. Sounds way better than systems in my friends cars and they paid much much more.

These are amazing especially for the price you cant beat it. I put this in my Hyundai tiburon and the bass is awesome. When i park in the garage it makes the cabinets and picture frames on the wall shake. The only bad thing was i got a loud music ticket within hours of installing it. bad luck. AWESOME subs

these subs hit very good for the money it cost me.. it doesnt hit the lows though and cannot keep up with metal songs. and the amp is way underpowering the subs and gets hot and overheats very quickly.. i recomend getting a new amp right away but the subs are pretty good.

This package deal is awrsome. Great sounding subs. Have had no issues with the AMP either. Installed in 1998 Ford Explorer and they rattle the truck. Would not hestiate to buy them all over again. Cheap deal, rich bass.
