I almost didn't buy this product because another reviewer had mentioned that the measures were not accurate ! But the bowls were so cute I decided to buy anyway, and I'm glad I did. Of course the first thing I did was take an actual measuring cup and measure water and checked every single marking on the bowls and they were EXACT ! Nice way to eat cereal right outta the box - no measuring cup !

I love pouring my cereal into the larger bowl in the morning and not have to use a measuring cup. Both bowls make it easy to be aware of portion size. A great diet aide.

One of my favorite things to have for breakfast is granola. I know it is a dieter's downfall because of the nuts, honey, dried fruit, and other high calorie ingredients but it is filling and I feel good eating something that seems so healthy. I have a tendency to fill the cereal bowl when I go to serve myself and I am probably getting half my day's calories right there! So, enter in the Measure Up Bowl. I can now see exactly how much (or little!) I should be eating of my favorite high calorie breakfast cereal , without having to go through all the work of pulling out the measuring cups. (that makes it feel WAY too much like dieting!) Now, I will say, it doesn't make the portion LOOK any bigger...a 1/2 up of granola is still a 1/2 cup of granola no matter what type of bowl you eat it out of. But, it is easier to keep track of portion size and you don't need to drag out the measuring cups and feel like you are conducting a science experiment in order to watch what you eat.

Overall, I highly recommend this bowl for anyone who is trying to watch what they eat but hates the hassle of measuring and counting calories.

These bowls work as advertised, but I don't use them as much as I thought I would, as there are more convenient, and less expensive, products now available that do the same thing with less work.

I should have really checked the bowl size cause they are really small...not really worth the $$. However very well made.

Measure Up bowls are awesome! Why didn't someone think of this before? Most kitchen set bowls seem to be growing with our beltlines. Finally, I know how much I'm putting in my bowl without getting my measuring cups dirty. Thank you for making such a great product!

I wish I had these bowls years ago. They are so great for limiting your choices or for selecting the proper portion of food. They are great for dieters and/or people who have have lap band surgery to control their intake of food. Wonderful, wonderful is all I can say to these. They should be available at Weight Watchers meetings, too.

I bought this for the measuring marks that I need in my short-term stay. Turned out these are my preference over other pretty ones. I am more conscious the portion I am eating, that is a bonus, not that I need to. Both are my microwaved oatmeal all-in-one bowls. Different size used for different portions for different time of day. Thought a little pricey in the first place, not any more if being used frequently with the bonus feature.

These are great to use and convenient, no need to use measuring cups. the bowl have the correct measurement inside. I has help a lot with portion control. Processing my request with Amazon was easy. Thanks again Amazon.

I love the Measure Up Bowls, and they are very helpful-I was surprised to know that many measuring cup volumes are not correct. I found the Measure Up Bowls to be accurate and very helpful to keep me aware of how much I am taking it. What a great idea!!!
