5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best Cd's of 2003
I knew I had to get the MVP cd after hearing "Rock ya body" on the radio. The beats were like nothing I had ever heard before and I knew I needed to get this cd!! The process of my getting this cd was actually a funny one.. I couldn't find it anywhere, but KTU's Vic Latino (New York City DJ) told me where to find it. If you heard a girl complaining that she couldn't find...

How have the audiences of today allowed "MVP" (probably the most generic & un-creative name ever?) to make this clearly rushed trash and actually expect to receive positive feedback from mature audiences. Well I say that, but then again only young kid's who can not differentiate between musical substance and a bunch of idiots getting rich for absolutely no valid reason...

The process of my getting this cd was actually a funny one.. I couldn't find it anywhere, but KTU's Vic Latino (New York City DJ) told me where to find it. If you heard a girl complaining that she couldn't find the MVP cd on KTU.. that was me. Anyway, I finally found it, and listened to it.. and I was blown away!! Its unlike any other CD out there right now. Every track is slammin, and you might find yourself pressing the repeat button over and over again after certain tracks. My personal favorite is "Horny", number 7. Its got an awesome beat and a sound unlike any other. I DEFINITELY recommend this CD to anyone!!!

Damn! This cd is hot! Stagga Lee is tight regardless of looking like the boy next door. This cd, is better than any 50 cent or g-unit, crap you are going to buy. No talk of killing, death, just a great soundtrack to bump out your speakers. This album took it to a whole another level. Ja rule, jay-z, etc, etc. Egos got those big egos, talking about how they are going to retire, haa those fools aren't living legends! Oh wait hear that it's tiny violins playing for the so-called retirement of some crappy, unoriginal m.c.'s. haaa. stagga lee and m.v.p. might touch basis on the same material, but they make it sound a whole lot better.

I have just heard this CD and it is da bomb, every song is upbeat and very very catchy. Best track is Track 7 which samples the Indian song "Hum To Dil Haare" from the Indian Movie "Josh". Brilliant CD and definately recommended to R'n'B lovers.

I had bought this album when it first came out and i was amazed. I usually dont listen to this type of music but decided to give MVP a try based on all the hype that they were getting. The hype is all true! If you like fresh, up tight latin beats then you will definately like MVP. This album is one of my top five if not number 1 ! Get this album! You will not be dissapoited!

How have the audiences of today allowed "MVP" (probably the most generic & un-creative name ever?) to make this clearly rushed trash and actually expect to receive positive feedback from mature audiences. Well I say that, but then again only young kid's who can not differentiate between musical substance and a bunch of idiots getting rich for absolutely no valid reason whatsoever, will like this. Now, everyone can go ahead and disagree and pretend like it's all good but at the end of the day their just another group of idiots who will be gone within the next few months since they wont be able to think up any more generic song titles or support the stereotype that anything with rap in is all about party music, shakin ya booty and havin millions of girls pretend dancing about in a massive swamp. Ridiculous. Go ahead hate on this, but anyone who likes this is already brainwashed. Enough said
