Very poorly made, disappointing,

When this arrived, I was a little concerned, since the cloth-covered filter was popped out of the hoop, and floating around in the package. I put it back into the hoop, and tightened the clamp nut as tight as I could by hand, and the filter had no strength. The filter would pop effortlessly out of the hoop, and the hoop itself was unable to support itself in any position but hanging down limply. The gooseneck is weak, and can barely support the weight of the filter. I set it up, and placed it on my mic stand, then went to class. When I got back and went to record a few things with it, the filter promptly fell out of the hoop, and the bottom "seam" of the fabric came unglued. Now I've got a barely usable stand-clamp gooseneck with a ring clamp that can't stand up on its own, and a pop filter with a large hole at one end where the fabric came unglued.
This is a dirt-cheap pop filter that can't hold itself together and is totally unusable.

It is what it is, a microphone por filter. It does with it suppose to do. My only complain is that the bolt that secures it to the stand does not come with a rubber ending or similar soft material to avoid scratching the stand. In this sense, the design is pretty primitive.

The yolk that fastens the actual hoop to the gooseneck is the weak link here - I've owned mine only a few weeks and it's already falling off. That's fine as long as you don't cast it at too severe an angle.

The item is built like a tank... and that's not a good thing. It weighs a ton, and unless you have a boom arm built like a tank, it won't be able to support the weight.
The mesh filter had runs in it like an old pair of women's hose. I usually don't like to write negative reviews, so let me end on a positive note. I mean't it when I said it was well constructed. So if you're using the filter on something mounted... Let's say on a desk, it just might work. As for the screening material having runs... Well, maybe it was just a one off...

The clamp is a joke; It won't even stay on my desk and the gooseneck part is flimsy and weak. Buy another one.

Good enough but doesn't keep all pops from occurring, I guess I have a booming voice. It does look nice, polished and professional looking, not a garage product.

the pop filter does what it suppose to do, but i was a little disappointed when i took it out of the package. it had a few small holes in the screen, but overall its a good product for the price, and it shipped fast.

Works fine. Just dont bump it and you will be fine. Try to use a well lit place and you can see through teh mesh to find your Mic, then you wont bump into the thing or be so close you unintentionally cause a plosive (through negligence I managed to do it once- still not sure how).
In general, this thing has removed many irritating sounds that I discovered after I first began recording last year in my home.... It can slip a little but it is not a big deal. It isnt so bad that i need a new item. Just get it in one place and leave it as long as possible.

It's panty hose on a circle. Works exactly what I need it for but you have to treat it like an egg or it will tear.
