Modern Day Hardy Boys But Better,

I purchased this book for my son as he loves adventure type of stories. While he really enjoyed it, I think I might have liked it even better. The writing was great, the imagery really sucked you in and it was nice to see wholesome family values promoted throughout. While there was plenty of swash-buckling to grab the attention of a youth, the author didn't stoop to graphic violence or gore. I would not be surprised one bit if this series was made into a television show. It has all the right elements and then some. |
