Great. Works well, albeit pretty heavy. Some sharp edges. Reverse is a little kluggy. I could pull a house off it's foundations with this!!

I purched this cable puller from Ace Hardware through amazone.com.I would recomend the product but I WILL NOT RECOMEND YOU BUY FROM EATHER AMAZON.COM OR ACE HARDWARE because it took over 2 months to receive the order.I notifed amazon about the order they said they could not do anything for me to get in touch with ace hardware.You see the suppiler pays amazon not the buyer so they (amazon) don't care if you get what you paid for or not.Amazon is not like Ebay & paypal which will only send to the address of the buyer name and address listed in your account same as paypal account name and address.This Ace Hardware is located in New York.I live in Louisiana.Ace Hardware said the sent MY order to some one name Mary some where I never herd of in New York with in 3 days after the order was placed.I took the next 2 month to get my order sent to me and Amazon said they could not help me.Amazor does not hold the suppliers accountable for what they do.
