This product should be in every home where there are children. So easy and safe to use. I have discarded all of our old thermometers that were collected over the years. There is no hassle of "under the arm", "in the mouth or ear", or especially stuck "somewhere else". Our grandchild just pauses whatever he is doing, very still for the few seconds it takes for a reading, then it's done.

I use this in my clinic. It appears accurate.Definitely has the "Wow, I've never seen this" factor, lol for a lot of patients. But I like it as its sanitary & it doesn't touch patients to use.

Upon receiving it, we performed temperature readings on a dozen people. It registered that nobody's body temperature was above 98 degrees and the average was 97.4 Unfortunately there does not appear to be any way to calibrate it and their customer service number takes you to voice mail.
