We are pretty happy with this purchase. My main complaint is that the product is not 10" high like they claim (more like 7.5" high)...even though I called to clarify this with the company prior to purchase. I was hoping that it would expand a little once I took it out of the plastic wrapping but it did NOT. The width is great. Will continue to use it since it is nonrefundable.

Supports your legs and keeps your back aligned. Makes it easier to sleep on your back - especially if you normally don't tend to sleep that way (like me).

I just got this today and I have already used it. I'm a relatively tall man with about a 31 inch inseam. All I can say is that this leg rest does exactly what I want it to do--it really takes the pressure off my back when I lay down. I love the extra width. It's a perfect size. It's nice and firm also which is good. I recommend this. No complaints. I have a twin bed, and this covers the width of the bed without going over the edges at all. There's maybe an inch or two to spare on each side. Definitely get this one for the extra width. Any less width and my legs would fall over the sides, but this is perfect.

I have advanced Multiple Sclerosis, and suffer from Neuropathy and Spasticity as a result. The "Mabis/DMI healthcare Elevating Leg Rests, Blue" deals with both of those symptoms quite nicely.

For Neuropathy - This product forces me to lie on my back, while keeping my legs apart, without having anything between my legs in order to do it.

For Spasticity - This product keeps my knees bent in the perfect position, thereby preventing 90% to 95% of the spasms my legs experience when they're straight.

It does both of these things with continued comfort and support, and zero awkwardness. Being bedridden for the most part has been much more bearable as a result.

Therefore, I highly recommend anyone who suffers from Spasticity and Neuropathy due to advanced Multiple Sclerosis to ditch their lumpy, uneven pillows, and go with this product instead. You won't regret it.

The pillow is firm enough not to squish down like a regular pillow. It's worth the money.

I bought this pillow because I have the tendency to rollover to my stomach in the middle of the night which results in me waking up with back pain. This pillow helps keep me on my back.

Its a good pillow but not great. Not meant to use all night long. Mine is starting to lose shape as well.

I am a very tall person with two herniated discs in my back so I require a pillow to sleep with between my legs. Since this pillow is long enough I can use it between my legs or under my knees and I can actually get a comfortable nights sleep. I actually stock up on this pillow so I always have an extra.

HATEEEEEEE sleeping on my back, use to use 2 pillows under my legs, (didnt work out well, brain in programed to roll over to either side with fluffy pillows) with this leg rest it helps me to stay on my back most of the night, (brain still in charge!) but dosent smash down by the morning, has a comfortable spring to it and does take the stress off my lower back with leg elevated some, not more back aches, really like this one.

I found this to pillow to make a huge difference in my nightly back pain - I have a herniated disk and usually try to sleep with my knees elevated to relieve pressure on my lower back. My previous leg rest was great for years, but pillows just weren't made to last indefinitely. I read reviews that said this leg rest was far too firm - it is very firm, but I like it. It wasn't quite the 10 inches high as described, I believe another reviewer had it pegged at 7". However, I felt the firmness of the pillow made up for this - its not like its squashing under the weight of my legs. I had immediate improvement in my pain levels, I would highly recommend this leg rest.

Oh, it arrived a day early too :o)

This is really firm foam, which I suppose is good or it would mush down like a pillow instead of lift the knees but it is hard enough that it can get uncomfortable after a couple hours of use. I took off one star because it is nearly impossible to get the cover off without ripping it.
