It came in an unmarked box so I didn't have to embarass myself in front of other shoppers in a store and it came in excelent condition. Shipping was fast and I don't have any complaints about the product after using it. Does what it is supposed to do without flaw.

Sturdy item. Works as expected. Nothing particularly great about it but also no negatives really to report.

It has been 2 years since I purchased this. Still seals very well, easy to clean and has not shown any wear and tear. It is nice to lay on your belly with really hot water in it when you have TOM cramps too. I would recommend this over disposable kits for sure!

The product was well packaged & arrived in a timely manner. It is a very good product, however the actual bottle itself could be a hair larger as it is a bit smaller than water bottles I have purchased at the pharmacy.
Overall, it is a good value for ordering on line & not having to hunt one down in the stores! Satisfied customer.

Good quality rubber; surprisingly sturdy. Screw top works well. Plastic pieces and rubber hose standard issue. Unlike the one it replaced, the hose slipped right on the attachment and stayed on tight. I couldn't get the clamp thing on, but I'm not very good with that kind of thing. :-) Definitely recommend.

I unfortunately had this over a month before opening the kit. What I discovered is that I had two clamps instead of one and no adapter piece for the hose which makes this completely useless. The companies toll free number is on the box so I called them and they said sorry, we don't have spare parts, see if where you bought it from will return it.

Returning a 10 dollar item for one plastic part they should be able to send me is a waste. I may as well buy another kit.

It won't be one made by this company.

this is a useless bag. The hose comes loose perpetually from the nozzle and the stopper and the clamp does not work well...plus, the hole where the hook goes through ripped. Not good quality, and very inconvenient to use. Save your money and look for something else

Item works much better than those Drug Store convient items that are difficult to get rid of when the time comes. A much more pleasant experience believe me when I tell you this.

The first thing I noticed about this particular water bottle is that it is smaller than others I've purchased. And not only is the water bottle itself smaller, so are the attachments which makes some of the usages down right awkward. The quality is okay but the size is what really threw me. This is sort of a petite version of the standard size water bottle set. I was not happy with that at all as it doesn't really work for me.
