Since I live alone and don't leave my house I had to find a way to take my blood pressure. This one is so easy to use. I had to return another one as the directions were too hard to figure out. It is accurate according to my doctor. We checked it against his. Best health buy that I have made.

If you want a nice backup BP monitor then this unit is for you, I would not recommend it as a primary BP unit for anyone with High Blood pressure, but it is very low in priced and is pretty accurate unit that just lack durability.BTW I personaly do not trust Digital units because you really have no idea if they are reading correctly, while with the Analog units you have your own ears to verify the reading. The quality of construction with this unit is very poor, but it will do the Job and should last at least 1 year if you use it lightly and thats about all you can ask for at this price

Great BP cuff, and very easy to use. The price is definitely right, especially if you get free shipping. However, if your upper arm is thinner than most people's, then the cuff will not fit (the "male" Velcro will actually wrap around and miss the "female" Velcro on a thin arm -- I am 6' 1" and 147 pounds, and it just barely attaches to my arm). Other than that, I would recommend this unit highly.
