5.0 out of 5 stars Great dish rag
We were introduced to this through my sis-in-law and decided to try some for ourselves. This cloth was really amazing. Just to really test it out, we used the same one for 3 weeks and it never started smelling nasty and never lost it's soft lush feel. I don't know how they can do that, seeing that the dish rag is made out of wood, rather than cloth, but they really...

2.0 out of 5 stars Not very durable
When I first bought these, I loved the feel of them. If they'd stayed that way, I would have come back and bought more of them. Sadly, that wasn't the case. I've owned them for over a year now, and they've changed quite a bit. I've never put them in the dryer, but they still shrunk to almost half the size. They are now thick and unpleasant feeling. I did wash them in the...

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally!!, February 19, 2007

I think I've waited my whole life for this product! One of my biggest pet peeves has been sour dishcloth smell. And lately it seems that no sooner than my cotton dishcloths got wet, they were smelling...and believe me I tried everything to get the smell out and keep it out, including pulling out a clean cloth each day.
Then came Mabu! This cloth is super thirsty, rinses clean every time and is easy to care for. I have two small children, so you know I'm wiping up spills and messes constantly...Mabu keeps up with all of it!
And the most important part of all is the eco-friendly factor. Using this cloth is one small way for me to send the message to my girls that our planet is worth protecting.

These dish cloths are amazing. They clean dishes and countertops thoroughly and dry easily without any funky smell getting in them. After years of using WS dishcloths, these make dishwashing fantastic!

5.0 out of 5 stars Continues to be my favorite!, July 5, 2010

I have used these cloths for a long time and I continue to be thoroughly satisfied with the quality. Having used many 'wiping cloths' over many years (I am 74) I can honestly say this is the best, by far. Just remember to soak it first before using it in warm soapy water. One cloth will outlast all the others, however, I buy several at one time because I don't want to be without them.

These cloths are absorbent and odor-resistant, good for washing dishes, cleaning spills and other household jobs. The service by the company was also very quick.

5.0 out of 5 stars I couldn't be happier......., February 19, 2007

These may seem a bit pricey for dish cloths, but they're worth every cent. They never smell icky like cotton dish cloths do, and they dry more quickly than cotton. And soap rinses away very fast, no rinse and re-rinse needed. I couldn't be happier with this product!!!!!

I did wash them in the washing machine, however.

If you buy them, I'd recommend handwashing or the gentle cycle inside a net bag, using a mild detergent. I don't know if this would solve the problem, but it's worth a try. As for me, I won't ever buy these again.

These really do live up to their promises! They are great. I have found, after using them for a few months, that a couple of them do have little pill balls on them though, I'm not sure how that happened. I do machine wash and dry them, and they have shrunk some. Quite a bit, really, but that is ok I have small hands and found them to be a little too large anyway for washing dishes. Now they are perfect! They are super soft after you machine dry them.
I would definitely buy more.

The only down side is they look like cotton diapers. Not a real attactive thing, but at least you can tell when they need washing... they are white.

1.0 out of 5 stars disappointed in product but customer service extraordinary, December 21, 2011

This review is from: Mabu Multi Cloth (Kitchen)
I bought these because they had rave reviews and I was desperate to find a dishrag that didn't get mildewy after a couple of days. I ringed these out and laid flat to dry after use and they still started smelling within two days of use! Would return but already gave some as Christmas gifts. Sad. Money down the drain on this one.
UPDATED: To follow up on this. Wizard Industries 100% stands behind their product and granted me a full refund within a day of me posting negative feedback. Additionally they asked that I send my rags back in for further testing as there must have been some malfunction with my particular lot of rags. Billy C from customer service was friendly, concerned and courteous. Based on customer service alone I would definitely purchase from this company again.
