I have never tried Mac & Jac line of clothing and since Amazon was offering free return shipping for clothes and a discount to boot, I purchased this sweater and was very pleased. I normally purchase sweaters from Cache or Ann Taylor Loft and this sweater competes with them as far as its look and texture. Time will tell whether this sweater will be a pilly mess or not and if washing it will end its life early, but so far, so good. Recommend.
