We ordered 2 Mac Motion Chairs. After a very quick delivery I unpacked and installed the parts. I liked the fabric and the frame was well made. The memory foam was firm and a little stiff and we expected it to mold to our bodies, one 6 feet the other 5. After a few days we were unable to enjoy the chairs because of the firm back-rest. It would continue to be somewhat painful and only various pillows would bring relief. Lucky for us, we bought the chairs from Amazon and after de-installation and repacking we returned these items. Our recommendation is to find a show-room and sit on the chairs for a while to see if they really fit. We could not find a showroom for Mac Motion chairs in our area ( the one listed seems to have gone ).

This chair is very comfortable and I am glad I got it. The mocha color is much darker than in the pic -- I'd call it more of a taupe/light brown. I got it to replace my office chair and it sure is an upgrade. Good lumbar support and good height for the pillow.

They said it would take 2 weeks to be delivered, but two days after I ordered it, the shipping company called to say they were delivering the next day. So three days after I ordered it online, an 18 wheeler pulled up to my house, and the shipping charges were free.

It was not hard to assemble, and all the parts are quality construction with welded steel and nice hardwood.

I was hesitant to buy such a chair online without sitting in it first, but I am very happy with it. If you don't need an office chair on wheels and you might like to recline and put your feet up while you work, go for the upgrade with this chair.

This is one great chair, so comfortable. Great value. This product was easy to put together. It is great for anyone with back problems, hits right where it needs to. The overall product is better than I could hope for. It fits in with modern decor, or any for that matter. You can't go wrong ordering this. It was a gift to myself and I am thrilled with it. When I first purchased this chair I LOVED it. But after only 6 months the seat cushioning completely broke down and now there is no padding left and no support. I weigh appx 145 lbs. I DO NOT recommend these chairs.

I love this chair. It's very comfortable and is a small foot print. It was delivered very quickly and easy to assemble. The head pad moves up or down to provide perfect comfort for my head and neck. It's now my perfect reading chair! Mac

This is an attractive chair, fit for a king--if he has a back devoid of feeling. I have rarely sat in a less comfortable chair that LOOKED so comfortable. I am certain that others may find it ok . . . but both my husband and I found that the lower back was bereft of support, in exactly the area where it is really needed. Marvelous fabric and good construction is wasted on a very ergonomically poor design . . . a pitiful waste of good workmanship and materials.

A comfortable chair. Fairly easy to assemble. I was a little disappointed to see nicks and scratches on the wood. Obviously it was previously returned merchandise. Due to the hassle of disassembling it and repacking it I did not return the chair. That's the minus side of buying furniture online. When you go to a brick and mortar store you can negotiate for a discount for damaged ware.

I purchased this chair based on the reviews and the price, I thought if it cost more it would be better construction. The chair is well built and the leather is soft but!!! It's very uncomfortable I used it for 29 days hoping it would break in and become comfortable, that didn't help, my back became worse than ever. I was lucky I PURCHASED DIRECT from AMAZON because it was a couple day past the return date. Amazon was great in the way they handled my dissatisfaction and thier help in returning the chair fora refund, i can't say enough about thier customer service!!!. The chair seems to be built for a tall person I'm 5'11" and the head rest was still about 3-4 inches too high so it was useless that along with the lack of padding just made the chair totally uncomfortable. After I returned the chair I bought a chair by Palliser. It was a couple hundred $$$ less, so much for thinking a higher price would translate to a better chair. The new chair is great, soft and comfortable it also has an adjustable head rest.

The chair looks larger in the photo than it actually is. The quality is good, however, and the colors are almost exact. Needed help assembling it, takes two sets of hands to do some of the work.

Comfortwise, its not bad, and the swivel makes a nice touch.

This was a present for my mom. She wanted something comfortable, with a discrete profile for her bedroom. This was exactly right for her. Although it fits all body types, she is small and did not want a recliner that took a lot of effort the get into a reclined position. It was also really easy to put together. In no time, I had it set up and we all were taking turns swiveling and reclining in it.

Friends have this same chair in leather for their living room. My aunt and uncle have the leather version in their den. They all love it and it still looks new in both homes. That is where my mom first fell in love with this chair.
