Great Heavy Training Ball
Bought this ball for my daughter at the recommendation of her coach. Great ball! She uses it about 1 hour for 5 days a week. Her ball handling skills have improved tremendously. It teaches you to pound the ball so that when you use a regular ball, you have much more control. She also shoots with it and it has been building muscle in her arms.

Heavy Training Ball
This is a great taining tool for young kids. Helps strengthen there shooting arms. The only issue with the ball is that it will not stay filled with air. I have to pump it up each time I need to use.

8th grade daughter has been using ball in basement to work with ball handling. has been helpful as she trains in samll time increments of 15 minutes. Ball should have included a pin to help pump it up.

It's very good for training from the free throw line, my son even shoots over. Just be mindful of your distance.
