The true measure of a company is not necessarily how it performs when everything goes right, but how it handles matters when there is a hiccup. Had a minor mix-up with my order and the company quickly resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
The nuts are absolutely wonderful and are offered at a good price. I will definitely purchase my macadamias from them in the future.

A pretty good number of the nuts were whole. Luckily I have a chopper.

These macadamia halves and pieces are more like whole and half macs. They're large and buttery with the perfect macadamia texture. I'll be breaking them up for baking and adding to cereal, but I'm not complaining. And they're great for snacking.

They came in two 5-pound doubled bags. The pieces are better than whole because it's just the right size to eat and not so hard as the whole nuts. I eat about one pound each week. They seem to be fresh, and only about 10 pieces out of the 10 pounds didn't taste just right. I'm now going to order another 10 pounds; it's the same price as last time of $8.25 per pound, which is a very good price. I only wish they were organic, but then again it would cost much more.
