I am a loyal customer of the macadamia products; but my recent purchase of the rejuvenating shampoo left me extremely disappointed. When I opened the new bottle of shampoo, I immediately noticed this was not my usual shampoo. It seems to have been replaced with a cheap drugstore brand. I love the macadamia products, but if this what I will be getting in the future; NO THANKS!

This item is a FAKE! I have been useing this for a year from a salon. Ordered it this time from Amazon and could not believe it. It is a cheap drug store brand being sold under this name. It is not even the same color or smell. Shame on you Amazon for selling FAKES! Had to throw it away!

The content of this product is not what I buy at my salon...the color, texture and more importantly smell are NOT AT ALL the same!! I am disturbed by this. Not only that, but now, for my return, I have to pay for postage!!! Even though the product is cheap, I shouldn't have to pay for postage. It was hard to even put a star on this product because it doesn't deserve it. I might just throw it away...

This is not the product that is advertised. It has clearly been switched with a cheap drugstore brand. I wrote Amazon and they refunded my money. Don't waste your money or time with this!

I bought this product, and when I opened it to use it, I realized it was very liquid, and mixed with water!!!

I had never used this product before ordering it. But when I used it for the first time, I realized there was no way it was actually the Macadamia Oil product. It had a cheap perfume and was thin and runny. My hair was so much worse when I used it. I returned it to Amazon for a full refund. I did not have to pay shipping and the refund was processed within a week after I sent it back.

The first bottle of Macadamia Oil Rejuvenating Shampoo, 10 ounces that I received got opened during shipping and it was a milky, creamy white color. I returned that bottle and asked for a replacement. The replacement was shipped very promptly however this shampoo (same bottle, same label, same name..) is a different color - it's like a clear orange color.

Tried this on a friend's recommenation, and love the shampoo and the other products. Does a great job with my hair, and I was having some problems with my hair falling out more than it seemed like it should when I washed it, but not with this shampoo. It seems thin when it comes out of the bottle, but works up a good lather.

I used the entire system, the shampoo, repair mask and the leave in conditioner. Pantene Thick Hair solutions actually makes my hair softer. However, this worked great on my Pomeranian and I'm getting rave reviews for how soft her fur is! For me, a real disappointment.

I puchased this product looking for something that would help strenthen my hair and control hair loss in the shower. I noticed that after using this entire product line that my hair loss was reduced by half. Great results. Don't be upset with the lack of lather, it isn't made to lather so use the same ammount that you would usually use if it were any other shampoo. I purchased all items available in this line, the moisturizing rinse, the leave in conditioner and the repair mask. I haven't been disapointed at all. I may not purchase the shampoo again, but I will purchase the other items again.
