OMG! This product is AMAZING!! I have never used a hair mask that left my hair so hydrated! I have dry curly hair, and I bought this in a kit from jade beauty supply, after I used it my hair was completely frizz-free!! And that is a miracle for me, because my hair tends to frizz up after washing it and air drying it. But not any more with these macadami oil products! Yes, they are expensive, But they are worth it! I've used so many expensive brands, like redken, joico, paulmitchell, but nothing ever left my hair like these macadamia oil products. It seems that dry hair gets the most benefits from good oil products. Don't think this will leave hair greasy, NO, it is what is amazing from this, It's made of macadamia oil and argan oil, but my hair was soft silky SUPER SHINY!! and light after I used the shampoo, the mask and the macadamia healing oiL!! I am so, happy with this purchase! This one is a keeper for life!! I hope the company of macadamia oil products never ever discontinue! If you have very dry hair, that dosen't shine unless you put lots of serum and gloss on it, I HIGHLY RECOMEND THese MACADAMIA PRODUCTS!

i decided to try this product b/c of the other reviews, and i do think that this mask works just as well as morroccan oil, or bumble & bumble curl concious or creme de cocoa masks, which i have been using for a while. The great thing about the macadamia oil mask is 1) the price, you cant beat it and 2) it really does make your hair very very soft & silky & 3)the jar is huge! i have thick, frizzy, curly, dry red hair, and i've used so many expensive products on my hair to try and tame it. this mask is very thick & coats well. plus you get a huge jar for a fraction of the cost of what the other masks are. the reason i took off 2 stars for this product is b/c it has a very very strong scent. I prefer products that are frangrace free or just have whatever natural scent the ingredients give it, i cant stand scents, especially floury perfumy scents like this one has. i used this mask last night, and the scent has stayed with me all day, giving me a headache. if you are sensitive to scents or fragrance, i dont recommend this mask. but the price, quality and size of the jar definatly make this a great product.

I had high hopes for this mask and it didn't disappoint. I left it on for much longer than the recommended 7 minutes - probably closer to 30 minutes. My hair was just that dried out. Afterwards, my hair was so silky smooth and soft - it didn't even resemble its' former self! Leaving it on that long, it did kind of dry to my hair and I probably had to rinse it longer than if I had just left it on for the 7 minutes. About a week later, I used it on my daughter's hair, left it on extra long again, but this time I put a shower cap over it until I rinsed it out. The shower cap kept it from drying to the hair so that's what I'm doing with from now on. This is just an amazing product and I look forward to using it!

The mask arrived timely in perfect condition - no leaks, cracks, etc.
The product smelled really, really nice. Some might claim how it might be too strong - but I rather my hair smelling clean & fresh than barely smelling.
The application is easy and after I rinsed it off, my hair is super soft and smells wonderful! I do leave it on my hair for a few hours, but I know of people who sleep over night with it...Ha

Overall, an excellent product!

This item is a fake. I have been purchasing it for over a year from a salon and Loved it! Purchased it this time from Amazon. It is not the same product. Different color, smell texture. Shame on you Amazon for selling a fake prodct. I even took it to my salon to show them and they could not believe it.

This mask is AMAZING. I used this as directed on my straw-like hair, and it feels like HAIR hair again! I can't remember the last time my hair has felt this great and STAYED feeling this great. I was using Joico Moisture Recovery Balm before this and that would leave my hair nice and soft, but it never truly felt HYDRATED nor did it last more than a day. This Macadamia Oil left my hair hydrated 'til I decided I should deep condition again, which was four days later (I think that's gonna be my routine from now on). That is a record for me because my hair usually goes back to being dry after the next wash, but this mask feels like it's actually healing/repairing my hair. And you would think that this being a deep conditioner/mask would be heavy and weigh down your hair (it's why I usually only condition the bottom half of my hair), but it gave my hair -not volume- but BODY! My hair feels so light and dandy! I don't normally take the time to write reviews anymore, but I'm so happy and excited with this product that I just can't contain it. I make all sorts of people at my work touch my hair now, and I've been having good hair days all week :). LOVE!

PS: The first time I used the mask, I used a clarifying shampoo (by Redken, it's amazing too) right before it to get rid of all the build-up so that my hair would just suck all this bad boy up. I think the combo worked really well.

This Deep Repair Mask is amazing!!!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. My hair is very fine and is damaged after years of bleaching and daily flat ironing. I have tried everything to salvage my poor hair and this is the only thing that worked. The directions say to use for 7 minutes and even that short of time makes a huge difference but I usually use it for much longer. (2 plus hrs) I would order this over and over!!

I was eager to try the Macadamia Oil Deep Repair Masque based on the reviews. I have used it several times now and overall, it is a good hair mask. However, I find that it weighs my hair down, it especially shows when I blow it out. I have long, thick, curly/wavy hair. I plan to continue to use it once a week or so. I love the scent. Overall, I am happy with this purchase as the price was great, less than 1/2 the retail price.

Ok, so just recently I was hit with hypothyroidism... anyone who has gone through that knows the complications... you can have the most healthy, beautiful and lustrous hair -- and zap! Before you know anything... it's all gone. Brittle, dry, and well.. like the classical ideal of a Witch (or Hermione lol) your hair is as brittle and as straw-like as if you had fried it with chemicals and burning (styling) products. Frankly, the experience may not be so exaggerated for some, but it was for me! I was losing all hope, and as someone growing out their hair, this was devastating to me. I thought my hair was dead and helpless... (it was THAT bad) and regrowing it wasn't something I wanted to do all over again.

Ok.. So here's the overview.

I'll admit, I slept with some olive oil over night before completely washing my hair and applying this stuff for only 7 minutes. The results -- A TON better! Of course, my hair is not the way it used to be when it was healthy.. but it is such a HUGE improvement that my heart is singing! Seriously singing. My hair is very SOFT but the tips of my hair are still with room for improvement (a bit stiff/dry but not as it was before.) I'm thinking that within a few more uses, I'll get it the way it was -- and that's more hope than I've had in quite a while!

Also, the Macadamia content is SO thick (so creamy) that you don't have to use that much for it to cover your entire hair! (I have BSL -- Bra strap length -- hair. The container is still full despite my using wads. lol Ok.. now I'm rambling.

Anyway, I hope this product works just as well for you as it did for me! It restored my hope and makes me hair feel LIGHT and FLUFFY (in the healthy way that I haven't felt in a while.)

And yes, in just SEVEN minutes!

i bought this product because of all of they hype on youtube from gurus and such and they were not kidding, this product is AMAZING! seriously like my holy grail i cannot live without it now i cannot wait to get in the shower and lather my hair up with this yummy stuff :) i got the shampoo leave in conditioner and healing oil also and my hair has never been better! it is so soft and pretty i let it air dry and do its natural thing almost every day and with this i dont have to work with it to make it look good. i dont know how i lived without this before. oh and i LOVE the smell of this kinda like fruity and sweet like sweet tarts to me lol i love it and it stays in my hair all day which is a super plus for me! EVERYONE needs this! NOW!
