These macadamias arrived in 2 plastic bags, stuffed into a USPS flat-rate envelope. The envelope was a bit torn, but the bags were intact. The soft packaging could have resulted in a lot of broken nuts, but they seemed to come though just fine.

I'm still experimenting with roasting times and temperatures. Best results so far: soak for a few minutes in a strong salt water solution, drain, spread out in a single layer in a baking pan, sprinkle with black pepper, then 25 minutes in a 250-degree oven, jiggling them around a few times along the way for even heating. A bit soft when they come out of the oven, nice and crunchy once they cool. I wouldn't say that they are BETTER than the dry-roasted I buy at the store, but just as good at a lower price, with minimal hassle. I'll probably order the 5-pound next time.

These arrived in two 1 lb bags exactly as advertised, and quite a bit cheaper than I would pay from the local grocer. I'm not hung up on nutritional info; I can find it with the google if I cared.

I cannot believe how fresh they are! My usual experience buying macadamia nuts involves too dry nuts with a slight bitter/nearly rancid taste because local brick and mortar stores just don't rotate stock fast enough. These are unbelievably fresh, almost all of them survived shipping whole, and they are tasty and perfect for my application for making Christmas confections to give to loved ones. I would highly recommend this store to a friend if they were looking for fresh whole macs.

I received the 2 lb bag of Macadamias very quickly. The quality and freshness of the nuts are good, however they are very small and came mostly in halves. I ordered from another vendor in the past and those nuts were twice the size of these and most of them were whole.

These are fresh and very high quality. Since they are raw the taste is different from what most people experience when they buy macadamia nuts that have been roasted, but you can slow roast them yourself if you wish. I use them chopped in homemade fruit and nut bars and they work beautifully for that purpose.

I bought a lot of macadamia nuts from many different sellers before and was very disappointed until this one. The quality of this nut is superior. There is no broken nut at all. They taste so fresh. The best macadamia nuts I ever bought and the best price of all. Thank you

Everything was perfect-received in a timely fashion, in great condition, and delicious. Used as a Christmas gift to a favorite niece, who was thrilled.

Not sure if these are raw or not. I know others have said they are. No mention in the product description. I've had raw mac nuts from another manufacturer and you could definitely taste the difference. It's possible these have been very lightly roasted. Regardless, they are great and crunchy. You can certainly roast them if you want. No salt which is a huge plus. I love salt but let's be reasonable. Other mac nuts sold here (see my other review) would be stellar if not for the copious salt. Again a plus for these.

Someone mentions packaging. Be happy the seller is sending it priority mail. It may not be pretty but it was taped well and was secure at least for me. Rather receive it expedited (no additional charge) than for it to be a showpiece I receive 2 weeks later.

These macadamias were a nice price, size & color.....but...they are a food product with no label, no weight, no calorie count.
